Vi è data la possibilità di scegliere direttamente dalla nostra vetrina la provenienza ed il taglio di carne che verrà sezionata dal lombo e cotta davanti ai vostri occhi nel bracere sito in sala.
Va alla fiorentina però lo scettro di regina, una carne tenera e saporita, un taglio perfetto e una cottura impeccabile fanno di essa un autentica delizia per il palato, soprattutto se accompagnata dal vino della casa, un eccellente Montepulciano di Toscana o da un ottima bottiglia di Brunello. I nostri Arrosticini di pecora e i fegatelli artigianali sono anchessi un elisir di piacere culinario che trova la massima espressione nella cottura alla brace. Oltre alla Carne potrete trovare una vasta scelta di pizze cotte a legna, primi piatti fra i quali va esaltato il nostro tartufo uncinato umbro, importato direttamente dal Podere San Pietro a Pettine di Trevi, antipasti, contorni, dolci fatti a mano ed una discreta lista di vini.
